Beautiful Stay and fabulous owners
We had the best and cosiest stay ever in this Wonderful barn conversion to celebrate my Hubby's birthday. Samantha was an absolute Star! she got me in touch with a cake maker and was a legend, even collecting the cake for me :) and dressing the place with balloons for the surprise arrival. The place was so cosy and had everything that you could want or need and is set is a beautiful location and there are plenty of daily adventures and sites to see, plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to visit. one of the better cosy places being the Goil inn with the log burning fire going :). Samantha & Ian gave us lots of local knowledge for fishing spots near by as hubby is a keen angler so thank you for everything and for a special stay. xx I have no negatives about anything in relation to our stay here as we thought it was perfect and just what we needed, very special birthday which will stay in our memories for always. I would recommend this stay and suitably for family and couples alike. We will be back :) thank you again xxx Much Love

Cosiest holiday ever!
What a lovely barn conversion, all spaces were so comfortable with everything you would need. Games, dvds, books, toys. The selection of equipment in the kitchen was brill! Everything you can think of. The beds were so comfy! Best we have EVER stayed in on holiday. Normally I can’t wait to get home to my own bed but I was sad to leave this time. Our daughter is 11 and she loved it as much as us! Hosts were super friendly and the duck eggs were 👌🏼 What a beautiful spot in the world, so peaceful and yet so much to explore! Thank you ❤️

Fab family holiday with kids raging from 1-20 yrs. They all found something fun to do!
Fabulous family holiday! Great place to stay, the barn conversion blends in perfectly in the farmland landscape, but as you step inside you can immediately see that the home was carefully and tastefully decorated! The little ones loved the garden with shells, flowers and the wee ponds with its inhabitants (tadpoles and goldfish). They also enjoyed feeding the ducks and the chickens and collecting the eggs. The big kids (14-20) took over the hot tub and were in there almost every evening, having drinks, watching the Euros, and also taking pictures and posting them on Instagram as though they were in a grand hotel with a spa. The beautiful back garden was a great “hidden feature”. One could sit there and enjoy the gorgeous view, and read in peace while hearing the birds chirp and the bees buzz. Sam was so helpful with everything and gave us great tips on where to go with the kids which were a success with everyone be it hiking or visiting Old Lachan Castle situated at an idyllic location by the beach. We were always encountered with a ready smile amd just felt right at home away from home. Thank you for making our holiday such a memorable one!

What an amazing place
Had a lovely weekend stay at Fyne Brye. Sam is lovely and fab with communicating everything you could possible need to know. The Byre is so quirky and feels so private. The terrace off the lounge is lovely to sit with a morning coffee and watch all the birds. Had a lovely stay and would book again without hesitation !

We have stayed in the beautiful cottage for four nights, which feels very homely with wonderful eclectic collection of inspired interior decor. (An abundance of interesting items in every room). You will find everything you need is in this Cottage and more. This was our first visit to Scotland and the location is beautiful. Sam & Ian was great hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them, however also respects your privacy. We can’t wait to come back 😀.

Perfect base and retreat
Three generations of the same family stayed for a family wedding at Dunans Castle. Sam and Ian were the perfect hosts. The cottage is quirky and charming. It is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. It was lovely to come home to at the end of a few long, but brilliant, days. Thanks for all your care Sam.
