Sachsblick is a home away from home. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, spacious, with breathtaking views. Sam was a diligent host and a minor snag worked with in the hour. The location is bewitching, the views absolutely breathtaking, beautiful walks with waterfalls the vast yet contained community feels safe and inviting. The local food establishments are good quality nicely presented and friendly. A perfect place to relax, recoup with family and friends. Thank You.
Thank you so much for your fantastic review! So pleased you enjoyed your stay.
We had a really great holiday at Sachsblick. The accommodation is very comfortable, with great beds, a very well equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated. It was spotlessly clean and contact with Sam before and during our stay was helpful and quickly responded to. It is clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into making this a wonderful base for exploring the area. There are helpful suggestions for a variety of walks and there are books and games and jigsaws for wet weather days. Would highly recommend - we loved it!
thank you so much for the kind words
Staying at Sachsblick was just wonderful. The pictures really don't do it justice. Just amazing. We had dinner on the dinner a few times and it's so peaceful and beautiful. We visited Drimsynie Estate to go swimming , play pool and other activities, it's literally on the door step . We also had lovely walks , went on a boat ride and visited loch Lomond for the day. Such a great location to get to other places . Would definitely come again and would recommend to anyone .
So pleased you enjoyed your stay, great guests! Welcome back anytime. Best Sam
My second time using Samantha for a booking in Lochgoilhead- both times she has been great. Responsive to queries and really helpful. I highly recommend Kozy Cottages. On to Sachsblick................brilliant accomodation. Location great- slightly out the village but only 15 minute walk and what a walk along the lochside. Large garden and brilliant decking to watch the world go by! Even see the seals in the loch with binoculars when then came up on the high tide. Accomodation wise- lounge/dinner both huge but cozy. Kitchen vast and very well equiped; separate utility really helpful too. We only used the two double bedrooms both had really good beds. Bathroom- modern and well equipped. Highly recommend and intend to be back.
Thank you so much Toby, great guests and you are more than welcome back anytime. Best Sam
Dear Samantha, We truly enjoyed our stay at Haus Sachsblick. The view from the large living room window is absolutely stunning. The house is very comfortable, and the kitchen wonderfully spacious. We made some beautiful day trips, and it was a real pleasure to return to the house at the end of each day. Thank you! Best regards, André and family The Netherlands
Thank you for your kind review. So pleased you enjoyed your stay and the property. Kind regards Sam
Really enjoyed our 3 days at Sachsblick. The house is larger than expected and the photos don't really do it justice, especially the huge panoramic window in the dining/living room. The kitchen has everything you need including 2 ovens and a gas hob with digital display, it seems the owners wanted this to be the focal point for the house. Views are fantastic especially as we managed to stay during some great sunny weather. Loch Goil itself is beautiful and there are lots of walks you can take whether you prefer easier on the level or more challenging inclines. If you need to go shopping locally the best place is the co-op/Nisa shop on the Drymsynie Holiday village estate, it's well stocked and opens till 8pm most days.
Thanks for taking the time to leave your review Damian and so pleased you enjoyed the property.
We had a fantastic stay at Sachsblick! It’s situated in a great location which is so peaceful and the views are beautiful. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay, highly recommend booking :-)
Thank you and your lovely family for visiting and for the great review. Sam x
We stayed over the new year period with children, one of which a 2 year old, and we had a wonderful time. Everything we could have needed was supplied including books and games for the children and bottled water which was a god send when we ran out on new years day and the shop was closed! The cottage itself and the views were stunning, we look forward to our next stay here
Thank you so much Sharon, absolutely great guests who left the property in great order. Welcome back anytime!
